Support Programs:
The highest level support program is called “ Total Support Package” (TSP). TSP is valid for a period of one year and includes all the necessary service to a client for network equipment. TSP programs includes:
• Unlimited 5x8 Support Center (TAC) to answer technical questions about hardware, software, configuration and installation.
• Extends the one year software subscription. Includes provision of updated versions + access to documentation.
• Advanced replacement of defective equipment. Luceor TAC automatically detects when an equipment fails. It ships a replacement equipment the next business day, without waiting for the receipt of the defective equipment. Depending to destination, time to get the replacement equipment can vary.
• Reception of the new equipment automatically extends the standard warranty for another year.
• TSP applies to each product based on its serial number. It also applies to equipment upgrades. It may be renewed annually. Thank you to contact your sales rep for more information.
